Wedding Coordinator Service
We want you to enjoy your big day and would highly recommend our Wedding coordinator service to ensure everything runs smoothly and any glitches are dealt with without causing you the extra stress. So you and your guests can have a truly fantastic day
Co-ordinating all suppliers on the site during set-up and throughout the wedding and the days after.
Being the main contact for any queries for you and your suppliers in the lead up.
Assisting setting up the venue
Any issues that may arise on the day we are there to deal with quickly.
Managing on the day timings and making adjustments where necessary and smoothing over any issues ensuring good communication with all suppliers
Assisting your photographer with capturing all the required shots and gathering groups together
Working with the Groomsmen to act as a prompt for key announcements and organising guest activities
Managing turnarounds to ensure everything is in place including lighting, heating and candles etc.
The cost for this service starts at £700 and includes a pre-wedding meeting at your venue to organise final details.
Roundoak would make a unique venue for an official naming ceremony for your newborn. We are such a peaceful and natural venue to welcome your little one to the world whilst guests enjoy the surroundings of the highland cattle and hebridean sheep.We offer a tree that can be planted on the ceremony day so you can come back anytime and see how it has grown and nourished in time.
Whether it be a mile stone birthday, married abroad and looking for a home reception venue or an engagement party we can cater for whatever private event you are looking for.
We have space for a minimum 8 - 120 people. Your event can be in our open woodland space or hire a tipi or marquee for extra shelter.
New to 2018 Roundoak has our Yard Bar and Function Room the smaller number of guest. Both are truly unique venues that would be like no other.
